US Cheer Productions Policies
Division Guidelines
US Cheer Productions follows the Open Championship Series rules. We also follow NFHS rules for High School teams.
We follow the following rules from http://theallstarworldchampionship.com. Select events will also follow the united scoring as well. The link to united is www.unitedscoringpartners.com. As a company we will offer two different sessions when offering untied and open championship scoring. We will list events online which will carry both score sheets for the 24-25 season.
Payment Guidelines
New for the 2024-2025 season, US Cheer Productions requires all payments to be made via Credit Card / Online Payment Only. Ach payments can be made two weeks prior to the event only. We will not issue credits for athletes who are sick, injured or who quit once registration is received.
*** Accounts not paid 10 days prior to the event will not be listed on the event schedule. You will be unable to attend the event due to non-payment.
*** Our company pays all bid companies direct through invoices. All gym owners are given back paid bid fees by the bid giving companies.
Transfers and Refunds
No Refunds will be issued within 10 days before the event. If you pull from an event week we will keep 100% of the event fees. If your event fees are not paid and your program pulls you will not be able to attend any events for 1 year. We will strictly enforce this policy in 24-25.
- 25% of the funds to another US Cheer Productions Event. This can only be done 2 weeks prior to the event.
- 75% refund or the option to transfer 100% to another same season US Cheer Production event. This must be done 60 days before the event.
- 50% refund or the option to transfer 100% to another same season US Cheer Production event. This must be done 30 days before the event.
- All refunds and transfers must be in writing and received and approved.
- No refund will be issued for pulling out of event week or event day!
Weather Policy
US Cheer Productions plans months in advance for these events. The events will go on regardless of the weather conditions. Please make travel arrangements accordingly. WE DON’T GIVE REFUNDS TO TEAMS WHO CAN’T MAKE IT DUE TO WEATHER REASONS! IF WE CANCEL AN EVENT DUE TO WEATHER REASONS IT WILL BE RESCHEDULED!
